We'll sit down with you and help you to determine your communication needs. You'll tell us what you need to be able to say and what you need to understand when someone speaks to you. We'll draw up a course plan and estimate for you determining how many classes you'd need to reach your goal and what your costs would be.

Then what happens?

We assess the learning styles of prospective participants, and design a course to meet your needs and attain your goals. We teach the material in the agreed-upon number of classes. Your participants receive customized textbook and audio CD's for practice at home to reinforce activities in class.
