Classes for Doctors and Nurses
In many conversations with healthcare providers we hear the same concern: "I'm just not good at learning foreign languages!" Many practitioners have had negative experiences in college or high school, and are convinced that they will always be monolingual.
At LanguageAccelerated we have extensive experience with a wide range of learning styles. Research has shown that strong visual learners tend to excel in the sciences, so we use a heavily visual approach to teaching listening and speaking. Vocabulary is presented with memorable visual images, and real-life situations keep all content relevant and therefore easier to remember. Classes for Medical Staff
These classes vary considerably depending on the needs of the staff. For registration clerks, we focus on getting personal information, processing health insurance information, and handling HIPPA forms. For the various Tech Professionals, we focus on the particular interactions needs specific to each area. Information is presented very clearly, with emphasis on acutal forms and the skills needed to elicit or convey the correct information.
